Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In food processor, first blend bread, milk & eggs. Add remaining ingredients (other than meat & breadcrumbs) into food processor and blend on high until all chunks are smooth.
In a large bowl, break up ground chuck and pour blended mixture over meat. Mix together by hand or large spoon until completely mixed with no chunks of meat left.
Form loaf (or your favorite shape, such as a heart for Valentine's Day ;) ) in a 13x9 baking dish. Create diagonal slashes with a knife in the loaf to let the juices self-marinate while cooking.
Sprinkle unseasoned breadcrumbs over the loaf and coat thoroughly.
Pour water over the loaf to moisten breadcrumbs and create a bit of a bath (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep) in the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until lightly browned on top and fully cooked.
