Seasoned Oyster Crackers - Ranch or Spicy

Ingredients

RANCH VERSION

  • 3 tsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt I use Red Robin seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 3/8 c extra light olive oil or canola
  • 1 10 oz package of oyster crackers

SPICY MEXICAN VERSION

  • 4 tsp taco seasoning
  • tsp 6 pepper blend
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chicken & rib rub
  • ½ tsp dried cilantro
  • 3/8 c extra light olive oil
  • 1 10 oz pkg oyster crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • Mix all dried ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil and mix thoroughly until there are no clumps in the mixture.
  • Add oyster crackers and mix with seasoned mixture until crackers are evenly coated.
  • Pour crackers out on a cooking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crackers are LIGHTLY browned.
  • Serve.
