Core apples, cut into bite size pieces and place in large bowl with lemon juice in it. Toss occasionally to coat apple pieces.
Cut 5 Snicker bars into bite size pieces and one bar into smaller pieces for garnish.
Use mixer on high speed to beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Mix until well blended.
Drain extra lemon juice from apples and add/blend cream cheese mixture, bite size Snicker pieces and 1 ¼ cups of the unsalted peanuts. Dish into individual serving bowls.
Melt caramel dip and drizzle over each serving. (Can also layer all in large bowl.) Garnish with remaining peanuts and reserved Snicker pieces.
Chill for one hour before serving.
