Vegetable Dipping Sauce
Used for dipping artichokes, asparagus, broccoli or is great on baked potatoes or to dip grilled meats. Basically, it's good on anything!

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 1/4 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c vegetable oil light-tasting olive oil is best
- 5-6 sprigs fresh chives chopped or 2 tsp dried chives
In a tall container (jar or hand blender cup) add salt, pepper, garlic and mayo. Use a hand blender to mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add vinegar and mix thoroughly again.
Add oil and mix again until nice and thick.
Stir in chives by hand. (Don't use hand blender or you will end up with green sauce.)
Eat.
