- Bring the sugar and 1/2 cup of juice (or juice/water mixture) to a boil.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining juice. Add to the boiling juice and stir until thick.
- Stir in the corn syrup. Bring back to a boil and remove from heat.
- Cool (in fridge to go quickly) and either dip your berries one at a time before placing on the cake or pie, or place all your berries and drizzle over them. Or if you plan on pouring your berries into/onto your pie/cake, mix with the glaze first and then pour.
