Another super easy oyster cracker snack for when you have the munchies and nothing’s around. You can whip them up pretty quickly. Great for company, too.
Seasoned Oyster Crackers - Ranch or Spicy
Ingredients
RANCH VERSION
- 3 tsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt I use Red Robin seasoning
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/8 c extra light olive oil or canola
- 1 10 oz package of oyster crackers
SPICY MEXICAN VERSION
- 4 tsp taco seasoning
- 1¼ tsp 6 pepper blend
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chicken & rib rub
- ½ tsp dried cilantro
- 3/8 c extra light olive oil
- 1 10 oz pkg oyster crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Mix all dried ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and mix thoroughly until there are no clumps in the mixture.
- Add oyster crackers and mix with seasoned mixture until crackers are evenly coated.
- Pour crackers out on a cooking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crackers are LIGHTLY browned.
- Serve.
