Keeps in the fridge for up to a month. Nice and creamy. You can make it the consistency you want by adding milk. You can also add Parmesan cheese, bacon bits and/or lemon juice to mix up the usual ranch flavor a bit.
Moist Pina Colada Layer Cake
This was a hit when the Frenchies (my uncle Manu and cousin Valerie) came to visit Grandma in June, 2015. My uncle Rene from Detroit was here, too and he really loved this cake, which was a huge compliment coming from a career baker.
